This Adidas France home shirt comes from the 2009-10 season in the standard ClimaLite version. Its navy body is crossed by a curved red-and-white band below the chest, with white and red Adidas stripes continuing over the shoulders. A navy V-neck and the French federation crest complete the design.
France entered the 2010 World Cup under Raymond Domenech but did not progress from Group A. After a goalless draw with Uruguay and a 2-0 defeat by Mexico, Les Bleus lost 2-1 to hosts South Africa in Bloemfontein. Florent Malouda scored France's only goal of the competition in that final group match, which left the team fourth with one point.
